1. Who We Are

OrangeChinese (the “Service”) is operated by Revolara LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (the “Site”).

2. Eligibility & Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Our Service is intended for families. If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account and is responsible for all payments and activity associated with the account.

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Accounts & Registration (SMS Verification)

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. We may offer registration and login using SMS (text message) verification codes.

• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• SMS consent: By choosing SMS verification, you authorize us to send you messages containing one-time verification codes and important account or security notices. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• Phone number ownership: You confirm you have the right to use the phone number provided.

Note: We do not guarantee delivery of SMS messages. If you cannot receive verification codes, please contact support.

4. Service Description

OrangeChinese provides online Chinese learning programs, which may include live classes, recordings, assignments, downloadable materials, and related learning features. Features may evolve over time as we improve the Service.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Payment processing: Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
• Promotions: If you enroll under a promotional offer (such as an introductory discounted period), your subscription automatically renews at the standard rate after the promotion ends unless you cancel before renewal.
• Taxes: Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or our billing portal (if available). If you cancel, access typically continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period once cancellation is effective.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In general, once a billing period has started and payment has been successfully processed, fees for that billing period are non-refundable (unless required by law or in the case of a billing error).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Site or its systems
• Upload or share content that is abusive, harmful, or infringes others’ rights
• Share your account outside your household or resell access to the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (lessons, videos, worksheets, text, graphics, logos, and materials) is owned by Revolara LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every expectation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolara LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for security reasons, or if required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
